Knovel

Knovel is a web-based application integrating technical information with analytical and search tools to drive innovation and deliver answers engineers can trust. Users include thousands of engineers and applied scientists worldwide representing 70 of the Fortune 500 companies and more than 300 leading universities.

Knovel provides subscribers with access to over 2,200 leading reference works and databases from over 50 international publishers and professional societies through a single interface.

We worked on this project with associate company Upshot Interactive. They provided the design and project management skills and it was purpleplanet's brief to create a Joomla! website from the layouts provided. The site has lots of custom-built functionality, primarily in the 'Customers' area.
