For this website, purpleplanet worked with our design template to build a site for Enterprise Franklin. Some of our original ideas were never going to translate into a workable website but they were very patient and did a good job of building something we could all be happy with and has been easy to maintain.

Established in 2004, Enterprise Franklin Development Trust (EFDT) is the lead economic development agency helping to build the economy of Franklin, an area to the south of Auckland in New Zealand.

Enterprise Franklin acts as a catalyst together with the Franklin District Council and its stakeholders to encourage economic growth in the Franklin District. purpleplanet successfully bid for the project to re-design the EFDT website, the client already stipulating that Joomla! should be involved.

The outcome is a design that incorporates the Enterprise Franklin logo and utilises the brand colours in various elements of the website. A random header image gives visitors a real feel about what the Franklin District is able to offer tourists, businesses and the local community.
